The 2027 AAM Membership Meeting & Vendor Showcase will take place May 18–20, 2027, at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel in Schaumburg, Illinois, just outside Chicago.
Who can attend the event?
The AAM Membership Meeting & Vendor Showcase is an exclusive event for AAM warehouse distributor members, participating supplier partners, and invited guests. This event is not open to the general public.
Where can I book my hotel room?
AAM has arranged a special group room rate at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, the official host hotel for the event. Booking information and the group reservation link can be found here.
Which airport should I fly into?
Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is the closest major airport to the host hotel. Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is another option, although it is farther away.
What about rental cars?
